Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated 29 July 2026

These terms cover your use of Prospera. They're written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you buy.

1. Your account

You need an account to start a lesson. Browsing the catalogue is open to everyone.

You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in method secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

One account is for one person. Sharing credentials so several people can use one subscription is not permitted.

2. What you're buying

A subscription grants access to course content for as long as the subscription is active. You are licensed to use it, not to own it.

Free tier: the first module of every course, at no cost, with no time limit.

Starter unlocks one full course, Growth unlocks three, and Pro unlocks everything including courses added later.

On Starter and Growth you choose which courses your unlocks apply to, and may change that selection once per calendar month.

3. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Prices are in USD and shown before you pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

4. Refunds

You can request a full refund while your subscription is unused — that is, while you have not opened any lesson beyond the free first module of any course.

Once you have started paid content, the subscription is considered used and is not refundable. You can still cancel to prevent renewal.

This sits alongside, and does not limit, any statutory rights you have where you live.

5. Your content

Notes, reflections and frameworks you write remain yours. We don't claim ownership and don't sell them.

Course material, artwork, copy and code remain ours. Don't redistribute, resell or republish them.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the content, attempt to bypass payment, or use the service to break the law.

We may suspend accounts that do these things, and will refund any unused portion where the account was paid and the breach wasn't fraudulent.

7. No guarantee of results

Prospera teaches business practice. It is education, not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a promise of any particular commercial outcome.

What you do with it is your decision and your risk.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we'll say so before it takes effect, and continued use after that counts as acceptance.
